Dispatch times
All orders are shipped from our Christchurch warehouse within 2 business days. Our warehouse operates Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding public holidays).

We ship to Australia using tracked services from New Zealand. All prices are in AUD.

We currently ship to the UK using tracked services. All prices are in GBP.

Orders over £135 may be subject to UK import VAT, duties and handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Markets we currently do not ship to
Due to significant changes in US import tariffs and fees, from the 9 April 2026 we do not currently shipping to the United States. We’re actively monitoring the situation and hope to reopen these markets when we can offer fair, transparent landed costs for our customers.
Taxes and duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and additional carrier handling fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your local import rules before placing an order.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once a parcel leaves our warehouse and is handed to the courier, we are not liable for any third‑party delays that may occur, especially during peak periods such as festive holidays.
Delivery, addresses and ATL

Before confirming your order, please triple‑check your shipping address. If the address entered at checkout is incorrect and the parcel is delivered there, neither Kiri10 nor the courier is liable and replacement will be at your expense.

Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you cannot find it, please check your junk or spam folders before contacting us.

If you would like your parcel left in a safe place, you can add this to the notes at checkout. If a parcel is left as requested and goes missing, we are unable to make a claim with the courier and replacement will be at your expense.

Some properties in New Zealand have an existing Authority To Leave (ATL) set up. Couriers may leave parcels without signature if this is active. We recommend checking your property’s ATL status before ordering online. You can find more information on the NZ Post website.
You can manage your delivery directly with the courier using the tracking link in your email. If you notice no movement for a couple of days and the courier is unable to resolve it, please contact us at hello@kiri10.com with your order and tracking number.
