Can I use other discount codes with my subscription?
We only allow one discount per order, and your subscription savings already count as that discount.

How do I manage my subscription?
Easy! Log into your account and click "Manage Subscriptions." From there you can skip orders, change products, adjust quantities, or update delivery dates. No phone calls, no hassle.

What if I need to pause for a while?
Life happens! You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Going on holiday? Trying something new? Just hit pause and restart when you're ready. Your 15% discount will be waiting.

Can I add one-time purchases to my subscription order?
Yes! Add anything you like to your subscription delivery. One-time additions won't get the 15% discount, but they'll ship together to save on postage.

What if I want to cancel?
No hard feelings at all - you can cancel anytime through your account.
Just a little heads up: once a subscription is cancelled, we clear cancelled subscriptions at the beginning of each new month. That means if you come back later, we can’t guarantee you’ll be able to access the same pricing you had locked in before.

Can I change my delivery frequency?
Our subscription plans are set to renew on specific timeframes, so you can’t change the frequency itself just yet.
You can change the next delivery date really easily. You’ll get an email 5 days before your subscription renews - just click the link, log into your account, and update the renewal date to when you actually want your next order.
If you’ve built up a bit of a stash, no worries at all. You can simply pause your subscription and then reactivate it again when the timing feels right.

Will I be notified before each order?
Always. You’ll get an email 5 days before we process your order so you’ve got time to make any changes, skip a shipment, or add extra goodies if you need to.
If you don’t see anything come through, first have a quick check of your spam/junk folder and add hello@kiri10.com to your contacts so we land in your main inbox. If there’s still nothing showing, just reach out to us and we’ll take a look at what’s going on behind the scenes for you.
